 Today my team and I meant up for the last few shots we needed. I told them to meet me around 5 because the sun will be going down around that time. While I was waiting for them to come I began to set up by putting the blinds down and setting everything up. I texted my mom to bring my little sister over and put a dress on her that flowy. She sent me a few pictures of different dresses and I  finally got the perfect one. After that, my mom got her ready and drove her to my dad's house. Once she arrived we wait a bit for the girls to come. Once they came we went upstairs and began discussing the changes that needed to be made. my team and I had to make last-minute plans because my stepmom could no longer do the video. So my team and I discussed it for a bit and finally came up with something that was not too different from the original script.  My team and I finally began filming today. It took a while to plan the days but we finally agreed to one. On the first day, I cleaned my house and began setting up for the shoot. I started with my room and the hallway clearing up space for the shoot. I made my bed and cleaned the surface of the floor and moved away from any large objects that were noticeable. Then I went downstairs and began to set up the space so there was room to film. I cleaned the prop cup and made sure everything looked ok for filming. I then texted my teammates the address because they just left school and were ready to be on their way. They left the prop doll at their house so they had to get it then come over to my house that took about 20 minutes or so. Once they arrived I waited for them to park and then they came inside and we began to set up and film. I walked them upstairs where we began to film the first scene.  A big component of the film was costumes. In the first scene, I wanted the couple to look comfortable, maybe wearing pajamas or super casual clothing. Since they will be on the couch I thought that maybe pajamas would be best. After discussing it with my team we all decided on pajamas. Maybe be striped pajamas or maybe all one color pajamas. I'm thinking about this hard because I feel like it would be very important to the scene and it might add or take away attention to the plot. The little girl with the doll would be wearing a dress or something kinda creepy. The dress would probably look similar to the doll or resemble it and have similar colors to it. I was thinking about shirt and jeans for the little girl holding the doll but I felt that wouldn't be creepy enough. So the dress is for now.  My team and I have not begun filming yet, but we have started to pick dates. It's harder to pick dates because of our busy schedules. One thing that my team and I can do now is pick the music for our film. In the first scenes, it shows the people in the dream so I wanted it to have a calm and chill sound to it but also an eerie feel to it because the genre is horror. Since the first scene was going to look dreamy the audio had to match up. I looked up harps or whimsical music. After looking around I thought maybe lullaby music that might help or subtle lullaby music. Then I thought maybe a mix but I would have to double-check that thought with my teammates. Another thing we have to overcome is making sure we have the rights for the music used in our film. The last thing my team and I want is to get in trouble for that. My team and I did a lot of research on different types of genres to help with our project. I looked into horror and thrillers to kind of get a feel of common angles and sounds used. This would provide help when beginning to film our scenes. My Team and I began to discuss dates that would and wouldn't work. I knew that I would be free on the weekends and anytime after 3 on the weekdays. I also knew that there would be a few days when I wouldn't be able to film because of a birthday or special event. Spring break is coming up so I knew that I would have a little more availability if I didn't have any trips coming up. My team on the other hand also had a mix of days they could and could not film. My team had either a family event to attend or school-related reasons. This makes planning days a little bit harder because not everyone will be able to attend on those days of filming.  So my team and I still have to discuss and work out dates to film, especially for the actors invol...

This paper shows the first few seconds of the movie. It begins with an establishing shot of the outside of the house. It then pans to a close-up of a woman getting water from the kitchen faucet. Next, a man calls the woman from the living room, telling her the show is starting. A tracking shot then shows her walking towards the living room. Finally, it ends with her plopping down on the couch.  This sheet shows a close-up of the movie playing on the T.V. It's then an over-the-shoulder shot of the staircase where a little girl is standing with a doll in her hand. We then see the stairs, which emit a creaking sound. Next, the camera pans back to the living room, where the couple is lying on the ground dead. Finally, we see the little girl with the doll in her hand, panning up from their bodies. This sheet begins in a bedroom where a girl jumps up from a dream. It then zooms in on her face for a close-up where she looks shocked and is panting. Finally, she gets out of bed and walks ou...

  We will have a total of 15 titles so that there will be one title per shot. The titles will be typed onto the screen so that they will be easier to read as opposed to embedding them into the film and having the viewers hunt them down. We don't want the main focus to be on the titles and not the film itself, which is why we've decided on  black  as our font color. The font we chose is ' Rock Salt '.  It has an eerie look to it and almost appears to be a child's handwriting. The letters will appear individually so to add to our fear intensity and to make it look like it was written by our ghost child. Each title will enter the screen for two seconds, stay for three, and then disappear with a wipe effect so that it looks like it's being erased. Our working title is currently ' Dollie '.
