I'm so happy with the outcome of this intro. My team and I had so much fun working on this project. My skills in filming and editing have improved so much during this year. I'm amazed at what me and my team accomplished during the year. I didn't think I would have this much fun. The process was amazing and the skills I learned I can use all the time.

It's time to embed my video. The first time I ever tried to do this it was very challenging. It took me so long to get it right. I tried downloading the video. I tried watching multiple videos on how to do it. The teachers sent instructions on how to do it and I still thought it was pretty difficult. So instead I had one of my teammates do it for me. This was such a big help around for the first time. This process took quite some time to do. We ran into a lot of difficulties. Since my computer is different from many computers it made doing this challenging. My team and I were trying to do this for hours but it worked out towards the end during crunch time. Now that I know that this was going to be an issue I began looking up videos to assist me. I watched a few videos but they didn't apply to my video. I did watch a few that helped me a lot. I did a few practice ones with a few random videos to help get an idea of what is to come. I didn't want to rush when it came to the

The Little Things

The last little bit was left. All my team and I had to do was add titles and adjust the light and add music. First, my team and I thought of a name for our production company. My team and I all had different ideas of names for it we all decided on girl boss studios and dagger productions. We wanted to do girl boss because the main people in the team were girls and we thought it sounded good. We then picked the dagger as the second one to give it some edge. Since it was a scary movie my team and I thought it would be best. Next, my team and I messed around with the lighting again. The first kitchen scene needed to be darker so the lighting was the adjusted. This gave off a more intense feel. The crickets sounds in the back indicated that it is becoming night. This helped set the feel of the movie. For the second half the lighting was a light brighter to show that it was the morning. This helped set the feel from her having a nightmare. Sounds was the next part. The gigling was added af

The final touches

The next day of editing after the advice. My team and I began discussing the issues and ways to fix them. This took us some time to discuss. The first thing my team and I started on was lighting we did this through facetime. My team and I discussed different filters to pick from. My team and I also started adjusting the brightness on some of the clips. I went through it separately to look at and adjust the brightness to let them know my thoughts. This didn't take me long to do it was a simple process. Once I found the correct brightness and I applied it to all of the videos pertaining to that scene. I then sent them to the group chat. My team and I talked about this for a bit and all came to an agreement that we liked it. We then added the filter to each of the scenes. Finding the correct filter was tricky because there were quite a few.  I looked on my own for a bit then I found the right one. I checked with the group and they had a few filters themselves. So we discussed that an

Film Review

Image
Today my team and I had given our video to someone so they can review it. My team and I did this so we could get constructive criticism. The film wasn't all the way done. All of our clips were in order though so it ran smooth enough. We asked our teammate's history teacher if he would like to review it and he said yes. He enjoys Theatritical work so we thought he would give good feedback. One thing he pointed out was the lighting in the film. The filter that my team and I put on it was too like and gave off the effect that it was morning. So my team and I decided to change the filter. We aren't going to stack or overlay filters because we are not quite sure if you can do that on the app my team and I are using. This was a small problem though it shouldn't be hard to fix. He also said that our titles could be put in better and less choppy. They didn't slide into the scenes nicely. They looked out of place in the scenes. By fixing this issue I thought maybe changing

Editing

Today I wasn't able to edit but I did communicate with my teammates. One of my teammates is the main editor. She's the best one it comes to editing the videos. Since the majority of the videos were taken on my phone, I looked through all of them before sending them. I went through the ones that weren't necessary to have. This process took quite some time because there was so much to go through. That took about five minutes. once I looked through them I sent them into the group chat for them to do another look through and pick the ones we needed. This didn't take too long because we just hearted the messages. This helped decide our final films to pick. Now I'm not able to work on it as much but I did help through messages with any suggestions they had or thoughts. We discussed colors for the beginning scenes and how they should be placed. We talked about which font we didn't like and which ones we did like. I'm thinking of names for our production. Also, I&#
